Ask the students to sign a plastic baggie.
Then get them to add a spoonful of cheese, onion, tomato, spring onions and mushrooms.
Add 1 cup egg mixture, seal the bag and drop it into a BIG pot of boiling water….
13 minutes later, you have the perfect omelet and it rolls straight out of the bag onto the plate, magic.
Our lunch was served with delicious salsa, salad and fruit and joy of joys…. scones and strawberry Jam……
