Thrift to Fantasy

IMG_NEW

This little gem has been pinned to a quilt on the wall in the 'shed' for many years
So, it's time to give it a more permanent home…

I'm going to put it in a frame and put it by the front door….

I have a book in my library that I get out every now and the. It's a "Sunday Afternoon" book when you sit with a coffee and good music……

  1. Hello Pam,
I use the word ‘wee’ a lot, coming from NZ. A few Aussies pick me up on it and some have even said its really cute! So then how funny to see it in the same post as Rosemary McLeod who is a NZ journalist/writer.
That looks a gorgeous book but how I wish I had a Sunday afternoon TO sit and read it and have a coffee. I am sure one day life is going to slow down!!

You now what Pam….. It’s surprising just where you find the time…
The book is fabulous, it sits by on my “special” table and sometimes, I just snatch 5 minutes, but it’s enough…..
However, I must admit that when I’m home, my time is time tabled…. so sometimes, I timetable half an hour to sit and read….!!!! it’s enjoyable.
    Take care….
