Sometimes you just have to slow down.

The day began in a flurry. I had a list, lots to do and I raced from placed to place like a woman possessed.
At 2.pm.I thought,  "I'll just have a cuppa and a sit down" I sat on the settee and fell asleep, I thought I heard a car crash but I was too tired to go and see what it was.  The phone rang at 4.30 and I stumbled across the room to answer, I felt like I'd been hit by a brick. In fact, the loud noise I heard was actually  our winter wood being delivered..

I guess someone is telling me something.!!!!

It's the build up to leaving again, the anticipation of being back at work, the excitement of new ideas, of meeting new people and sharing my techniques..  I am certainly lucky but there is a lot of hard work in the background.

Still dinner out with friends revived the spark.

Friend Jeanette bought me some flowers yesterday…. I can't have them in the house because I'm allergic to them, so I photographed them… they are Australian bottle brush I think…

I've just rescued our little dog Ralf from a very arrogant, angry male koala that has taken up residence in our backyard… both are declaring ownership… so Ralf, who is very small was transferred to the house for safety.

I so enjoy your daily blog. Thank you! So, how could the koala harm Ralf (those koalas look so darn cute and harmless)? How long do you expect he’ll be residing in your back yard? Imagine, a koala living in one’s backyard…. Keep posting!
