I’m Happy.

It's 11.00 pm and I'm winding down after an incredibly busy day….

It's my birthday today and I'm now the proud Mother of a bright pink flamingo who will reside in my garden..

I've just got home from doing a presentation and I must say I'm actually tired.

One thing about having a big family and lots of friends…. the phone has rung all day…. I drank lots of coffee, ate delicious food and my formal lounge looks like a florist shop….. how lucky am I.

I spent time with each of the children and most of the grandies today…. so I'm sorry, no work to share…..

But I'm happy.

  1. Happy Birthday! I am so glad you were able to spend it with family.
I love reading your blog. I just lent your 1776 book to a friend and she read it from cover to cover. Like me, she not only enjoys your amazing quilts and photography, but also the wisdom you have gained through life’s experiences.
Thank you for all that you share.
