We quilters share our ideas and talents. Yesterday I came face to face with that very thing.
My Mother is very ill in palliative care in hospital.
I chatted to her on the phone the other day and she said that she had a lovely quilt put on her bed and she really appreciated it.
Yesterday when I visited her, there she was with the warm snugly quilt over her bed.
So I'm looking for the ladies of the Log Pattern Angels of Hope Valley to say… "the quilt they lent my Mum is greatly appreciated and added a little color to her day"
I can't find them on the net and they aren't listed in our Guild Magazine… so if anyone out there knows someone from the group I would like to make contact.
I took a photo, and then left my camera at the venue I was attending…so I don't have a record yet.
We all know what wonderful generous people quilters are. It’s so nice that your mum has been shown that kindness too.
