There's a noise outside the window around 7.00 am. Childrens voices, banging and clanging.

I looked out and a small corner shop had appeared within the space of 10 minutes.

The are incredibly efficient, small stools for small boys who tuck into enchiladas and other hot food.

By 8.00, they have gone…..

I'm tired so I will talk about my class tomorrow…..

So here I am, packing again, I'm a master packer trust me.

I leave at 7.30 tomorrow morning… I'll have most of it done tonight.
