Another day of travel.
Another day of trying to eat healthy food on the road so I stick to coffee.
Another day of flying, running, lugging luggage.
Another Hotel bed….
We were held up in Chicago because there was a toilet roll on the tarmac and they thought it would damage the engines if it flew up….
(Maybe it was a TV commercial)
I arrived in Winnipeg on a puddle jumper to find I had no luggage….
But checking I rang just now and it has arrived in Winnipeg and will they shuttle it the 3 hours out to Kenora tomorrow….
OOOOOOi…..
Hope it turns up. What will you do if it doesn’t?
I’m just going to breathe slowly… I did find out that the luggage had reached Winnipeg last night… so it should be here today.
Pam so glad your luggage is on the way. And. . .I saw that your portrait class was offered online and wanted to sign up for it but now cannot find it. I thought I saw it on your site but its not there. Can you direct me to where it was? No hurry, know you are busy
My goodness girl! We Canadians don’t travel to Kenora, especially this time of year when the mosquitos are so bad (bugs). Here you are from the land down under, puddle jumping in a bush plane. Are you counting the trees? I hope you have the time of your life. Aren’t you just an amazine lady. I can’t wait to hear your stories.
We are so glad you are here. So far there are not many mosquitoes but lately a lot of rain. I don’t think Pam arrived on a bush plane. I can hardly wait to have 7 days of Pam.
Hey Jude, I made it, the quilts and clothes are following behind and arrive here tonight….woow.
I coudn’t see the trees for the cloud…. the wheels fell out of the plane just under me and bounced down the tarmac.
No mossies yet, but just lovely people and super scenery.
Hi Peggy, um, they have taken down the classes unfortunately…
I’m sorry… I thought it was a great success…. maybe I need to do some myself!!!!
Oh yes Pammy, I forgot about the mossies at this time of year. They can be worse than those ones in Fiordland in New Zealand. Get yourself something a bit stronger than Rid. (They even have a big mossie sculpture over one of the cafes in NZ. I wonder if they have the same thing in Canada?)
I haven’t seen one any time I’ve been here…. anyway, they can’t see their way through the fog tonight.
Hopefully you will be in Houston in Oct/Nov and I can take a class from Pam Holland in person, whoo hoo!!!!
