Home at last.

I left Bangkok yesterday. Excited at the prospect of going home.

I collected yet another pair of pyjamas from Mr Qantas. He gives them to you to sleep in on the plane… this time I kept them in plastic and gave them to Callie. It's worth the trip to get the jamas.

As I write this, it's almost 1.45 am. Friday morning.

I arrived home in Adelaide at 8.50 am and fell asleep after I got home till almost 3.00 this afternoon.

A progression of children and grandchilden have kept me entertained since then and then Keith and I went to our Quilt Guild meeting this evening, it was lovely to be back amongst familiar faces.

Illicit coffee and pizza finished the evening and now sleep eludes me.

What an amazing trip.

How many people did I meet?

8000+ photos, lots of film, lots of illustrations, ideas swimming and the realization that I have to get down to work TOMORROW….
