We traveled all day yesterday. LA, Chicago, Traverse city and finally Grayling. We arrived in the dark, rain and fog.
We had to change the body clock once again… 3 hours this time, it takes a little getting used to.
I got a lot of work done on the plane, I finished the film, and will have it up in an hour or so…
It must be funny for people around me… I can't help myself moving to the music as I edit… the film has to fit in with the rhythm…. so I have to move to it too.
I finished my leaf drawing for my class. Yes, it would look good in a quilt.
Yes, I could draw it on fabric, just as I have on paper…
So taking this class extends my capabilities… you never know what you can do until you try.
OK, I can draw, but I've never used watercolors before… and I'm doing it on the road…
Sometimes in class my students are afraid… "oooooh, I can't do that" !!! well you know, give it a go.. nobody cares if you make a mistake… I make lots.
and I have rather a blurry picture as we flew over the Autumn leaves in Traverse City…. amongst the fog and the rain.
I was there…just a few weeks ago…sorry I missed meeting you.
Wish I was taking your class.
Hi Lyn, I will send you some info on classes….!!!
