It's very late and I'm sitting the lobby finishing off the presentation for tomorrow… it's going to be a busy day and then I have to get my head around Houston.!!!!
The rest of the team flew in from Thailand and Vietnam today and tomorrow the real work begins. However, I took a little time off work to walk downtown and photograph the Halloween celebrations.
It was just fabulous.
Parents clutched the hands of their children dressed in their finest and scariest halloween outfits.
Almost every business in the main street gave out treats and the queues were long. Most people were patient and there was great camaraderie in the group.
The local bikers group manned the intersections and held the cars at bay to allow the pedestrians across the road. There was a feeling of frivolity and everyone was smiling…. there were 1000's out on the pavement and I loved every minute of it.
With bags full of candy, and a great deal of bravery on the part of the smallest children they left satisfied that another halloween was completed.
It was a great evening.
