Why is it that I feel that I've not achieved anything if I haven't actually sat down at the sewing machine.?
I feel like this dragonfly that was caught in the pool.
If I think about it positively and sensibly, the day has been full of excitement and surprises.
With the general house stuff done by 8.00 am I was looking forward to a day working in the shed.
However, an early morning phone call informed me that I had a very special baby to look after for a few hours…. my heart beats a little faster when I hold those special little people. Now Mr Kaiden recognises me and is almost a month old. I stayed inside working on a backlog of business to be near his crib and sat holding him just watching him in silence.
A special friend arrived for lunch and we talked right through the meal then adjourned to the shed to work out our new adventure. We were friends in our late 30's, had amazing adventures in our 40's and 50's and now in our very early 60's we're embarking on another…
We love adventure, food, art galleries, laughter and the "joie de vivre"
Suddenly my buddies from USA and Mexico bounced out at me on skype and we find ourselves continuing the decoration of the hotel in Arkansas…. Let me tell you folk…. it's going to be amazing… Thai silk walls, hand beaten copper basins…. if you come for the experience you will be in for a feast.
Classes have been put off for a short time until it's completely finished…but wait till you see it…. wooow…..
Right now I have some 10,000 photos to sort into files and I'm going from one computer to another… I need to slow down, cook dinner and relax.
Pam will you be posting your agenda in Arkansas on your blog. Where can we get this information so we might possibly attend??
Peggy, of course…. Its going to be a special event.
