Dancing on the tarmac.

Oh, dear, the best laid plans …

Storms over most of the country made it a bit rough traveling.

I've been traveling all day and something I ate in Chicago gave me a severe allergic reaction. I could hardly see and was in a lot of pain…..headache, nausea and  swelling…..

Locked in the window seat in the plane I just put up with it for four hours… I had no medication it was in my bag in the belly of the plane.

I was tempted to call the stewardess, but thought if I shut my eyes it would go away. I made it to LA in one piece but I'll never take my medication out of my carry-on again.

The medication works fast but leaves me feeling like I've been hit by a truck.

I'm allergic to lactose, all fresh fruit and vegetables are almost like poison to me… I think it might have been the peanuts in the noodles….!!!! I normally handle it well, but almost lost it today.

My friend arrives from Australia at 6.55 am tomorrow and we begin an adventure of discovery. I'll be dancing on the tarmac tomorrow….!!!

So no work done today and I have to catch up tomorrow….!!!!!

Oh, dear, Pam! How terrible to have to travel and be ill for so long. I hope you recuperate quickly and can enjoy everything else.

That was not good…always keep meds with you in your carry-on. Feel better soon!

    Pam,
I have food allergies too. How are you allergic to fresh fruits and veggies? How did you find out? Can you eat cooked stuff? So sorry you had a bad travel day.
Enjoyed very much the photos from France.
