Home and recovering from the trip…. but it's short lived we have a commitment today.
I must look like a tourist who's never traveled much… I photograph out the window of the plane all the time…
The three images below are flying into LA two days ago.
I never tire of seeing LA from the air. At night it looks like fairland.
The next 3 images are of home
Flying along the coast of the Coorong… Pods of whales are there right now with their babies.
It's pure, its clean, no polution and I love the colors.
The green of the Adelaide Hills where our family lives.
Over the city of Adelaide and I'm home….. but I did enjoy meeting these people in the Qntas club in Melbourne.
You must be so glad to be home. I hope you have some time to yourself to enjoy it, the family and of course, the grandies.
I was one of your students on the one-day applique class at the Festival of Quilts, and I’m really grateful to you for passing on your expertise (if, sadly, not your talent!) I’m still working on my lily and I promise I’ll show you it when it’s done.
thanks again,
Amanda
