The coffee is the best.

I guess I shouldn't complain, but the internet is rather slow here in the middle of the desert, so it's difficult to put photos into the blog…..

But other than the experience of the trip and the different sights we've seen, I'm really enjoying the Turkish coffee experience.

It's strong, sweet and if made properly each individual cup is made specially for you. The sugar is placed in first so you are always asked how sweet you want it.

Light, medium or strong…

I'm a medium gal actually. After 4 cups today I've decided to restrict it a little, but OOOOh it's tempting.

  1. Your work and everything that surrounds your life is so fabulous! When are you coming back to teach in Mexico? In San Miguel Allende? Please let me know. I enjoyed so much taking the “Images from the Imagination” classes last year in San Miguel…
