The drum has sounded and it's 5.30 am….. the coffee is arriving and as I write and we are about to begin our last day here.

This experience has meant a lot… somehow it symbolizes our stage of life.

Why?

I guess I could never have imagined having the time and money to do this when we were young.

13 children, work, commitments….

OK, so we still have 13 children, work, commitments but we have age and experience on our side.

I guess this is a 'cheesy' photo but it relates the story in part.

Thanks again for sharing your photos and experiences. I love traveling vicariously through you. In the past few years I have had to opportunity to do far more traveling than I ever expected to in my life and to places I never expected to go (China, Vietnam, the Philippines). But….you have gone to places I probably won’t get to go so seeing your pictures with your commentary is wonderful.
Enjoy the rest of your trip. I know I will (and I won’t have to deal with airline delays, etc.! Hee-hee-hee!)
    Kathy
