Catching up.

I've been back in Australia a week now and its been a whirl of appointments, meetings and just plain 'catchup'

When I travel I'm busy, but being home is different because I have all the household and family things to catch up on and do.  Trying to fit in study and work takes a lot of  time juggling.

Its with great delight I'm going to have the assitance of a PA, its going to make a huge difference to the work load and she is an absolute  champion.

The notion of blazing a path into the unknown is exciting, but it can also lead to a kind of “purpose paralysis” (fear of getting it wrong) or worse , frustration when the daily grind of work doesn’t seem to reward your pursuit of those flashes of inspiration.

I've just begun a new project and its unknown and urgent that it is finished and posted by the 1st of September…and yes, I'm blazing a new path, with a new technique and I'm not sure if I'm going to achieve my goal.

However, I will persevere and it's going well, but its just one of those things I don't have a forward vision of right now.

No thats not correct I do, but I'm not sure of the result.

I'm off to teach in France in a few weeks and I'm really excited to be doing so. The class is full and it will be an exciting adventure.

'The European Patchwork Meeting hosts a vast selection of exhibitions, lectures, classes, trade areas and fashion shows. This year marks the 20th anniversary of the show, which is held annually in the area of Sainte-Marie-aux-Mines (also referred to as Val d’Argent), close to the German border. With romantic villages and outstanding natural beauty in the surrounding countryside this is an attractive location for visitors to explore. The area is also a treasure trove of fascinating sights and museums for quilters to enjoy.'

I will be staying in a delightful hotel in a small village, I have a car and I will have the opportunity to explore the countryside until I continue on to Rome for an event at the American Embassy for the UN.

Exciting and educational time folks.
