Folk Art Collection – Art to Survive.

I collect folk art and Textiles from the places where my feet land. As a continuation to my post on Art to Survive. I’m adding these images. They are true folk art and give me great delight looking at them each day.

I use the pieces for decoration and also for inspiration and it’s only a small  portion of my collection.

I use these bowls every day in the studio. They are used for threads and appliqué pieces and I bought these in Haiti as well.

These animals are made from old cans.

This piece is an absolute treasure. A caravan and truck made from an old oil can.
