Holi celebrates the arrival of spring, the end of winter, and the blossoming of love, and for many, it is a festive day to meet others, play and laugh, forget and forgive, and repair broken relationships.
The festival is also an invocation for a good spring harvest season. It lasts for a night and a day, starting on the evening of the Purnima (Full Moon Day) falling in the Hindu Calendar month of Phalguna, which falls around the middle of March in the Gregorian calendar.
Hi Pam I have an eye assessment on 167 January so can’t commit to the trip to Jaipur before that has happened and i know when/if surgery for cataracts are to go ahead. I feel as if I don’t go now I never will so fingers crossed. Carol Life is a Journey Carol Fagan 07 8787933 mob 021319448

Hello, Pam! These look like wonderful tours. Though I won’t be going with you, if you come up with a trip to those villages in Morocco, I would love to join you. Happy New Year! Sincerely, Jo Kellar
