This evening I've been editing the film on woven watercolors.
For the rest of the day >>>>>>>>>> I saw images of every color.
Red, orange, silver, big blocks of color…. driving down the road.
100's of images…. not quilts but big, loud, shiny corvette stingrays… It's the annual corvette rally and I'm right in the middle of it…
Note to family……"Please can I have one for Mothers Day."
OK, I know this isn't a corvette, but I like it too.
Then there are the horse races…. 1000's of people have descended on Hot Springs and the town is jumping.
I on the other hand have been working on designing the lecture rooms and working with great staff. We've discovered huge areas of the most beautiful mosaic that was painted over with thick white paint.
Can you imagine?
ha ha , those 1st few lines – I thought you were seeing a ‘migraine’ – glad it was something more exciting. I was just driving behind a low red corvette myself while DW was admiring. My car is low and I felt like I was in a bus by comparison.
When you come back to Kennewick to visit, I’ll take you for a spin in my red convertible Vette. : )
Yep, I reckon I need to visit you guys some time…. but I’m on sabbatical for 18 months after Houston to finish the documentary, books and the Bayeux…..!!!!
I want a ride in that car !!!!!!
The are gorgeous…. I haven’t scored a ride yet, but my friend Wendy tells me she has one !!!!!
All the more reason to have you come back after your sabbatical… you will have even more new, exciting things to share!!!
