"If you're here for four or more years, or four or more weeks, you're here right now.I think when you're somewhere, you ought to be there. It's not about how long you stay in a place,It's what you do while you're there, and when you go,is that place any better for you having been there"?

I'm exhausted. It's almost 6.00 pm and I've just closed the shed, turned on the alarms and I'm packed… I've had folk visiting all day which has been super…. it kept me away from the machine and I'm rather pleased…. Oh, no, I did have to take up Mothers new trousers. !!!!!! I don't do…
Quilt is finished…
Well, the best laid plans….. I came out to the studio this morning and I decided to add the cross hatching…… I liked the look of the quilt, but it lacked personality…. oomph… or something like that. I do have to say I'm not too enamored by it… it's just OK. Then again it's an…

Archiving our special pieces.
Mum shifted from her Unit earlier this year and moved into her "Resort". Once again, she had collected a large number of art works… I was on a flying trip home, and her artworks have been stashed in the shed since then, probably around 4 months… I'm a neat freak and I need them organized…
