The scenery passes us by like a fast – moving television screen, green fields, water sodden paddy, large cities, tunnels and flashing light as we go through the mountains rather than over it and everything is just so tidy.

Walking into a shop full of paper is like walking into a quilt shop. There are layers and layers of brightly colored papers lining the walls, floors and tables.

My legs are short and I had to hoist myself on the seat in front and pick up my right leg with my hand and swing it over his prostrate body. At least he could sit up to allow me to move… Nup. So I dragged my left leg unceremoniously over this strangers mid section and fell into the aisle with a less than delicate stance.

These are not the things the average woman has to do when you are at home. Almost everything you do on the road is manipulated just a little differently. I’ve ended up eating tomato soup for breakfast on some occasions, I just don’t cope with the plastic yellow rings that come out of a box that are prepared as eggs in some hotels.
