The Winners – International Quilt Festival Houston

The show is over, but the memories last and the winners bask in the glory. I have limited time and access to fast internet, but I will post as many images as I can in the next few days.l

This exhibition was called the Power of Women. Actually its a competition so there were no names on the quilts…

Preparation is the key.

Preparing for all eventualities in travel is really important. I know I take too many things sometimes, but most of the time I’m very thankful for my forethought.
There is a careful selection process and it takes me several weeks to pack correctly. I have to live out of a case for months.
